Hiked the mountain for the 2nd time last Aug. 26, saw breathtaking views (last time I trekked here was foggy).

And after going to the Rockies, we decided to trek down to Brgy. Don Juan in Lumampao, and this is what we have to go through going down and back up:
Arriving at this small but relaxed community, we saw this:
My thigh muscles were protesting as we ascend back to the jump-off and whilst I vow not to climb the friggin’ 1,000+ steps again…this will not be definitely the last time I will climb Mt. Maculot 🙂









nice pics you got here. I climbed maculot last month and that 1,000+ steps of pain is much difficult than the mountain itself, 😀

Very nice picture of lumampao, the place where I grew up…thanks for sharing those photos ……I been there last January, Just a two days visit to my home place and its like wow ! ang sarap nang feeling.
