So I have chicken thigh fillets and decided to fry it but I wanted some flavors added. Got kalamansi (local lemons) and diced garlic 🙂
Sprinkled salt, pepper and diced garlic liberally before mixing in the lemon juice
Heated oil and deep-fried the marinated chicken
And lunch!
Healthier version: broil the chicken instead of frying. Serve it with greens/salads.
I had mine with white rice and dipped chicken in soy sauce/lemon juice/chili sawsawan 🙂




frying, grilling, broiling, steaming are all good ways to cook chicken deep frying is not so healthy but still yummy.
it looks tasty, i might have to try this myself. as i have too many grapefruit i think i will use that instead of lemon.
