We drove up northwest for nearly 2 hours, past Castlemaine, we found the caravan park in Laanecorie, Victoria. Laanecoorie is a small township on the Loddon River.
Their unpowered site costs 24 aud for 2 people, still not bad.
Was a hot day so it took us 2 attempts to find a shady spot.
There was no fire bans posted from the entrance so we went ahead and did steaks (we still had a pan just in case there’s a fire ban and just pan-grill them)
Love these instant grills from Aldi 🙂
